Our operating model is built around understanding the requirement first, then assembling the right resources to perform it responsibly. Where qualified suppliers or service partners are permitted, RP Management coordinates those relationships while maintaining responsibility for communication, documentation, schedule, quality, and contract administration.
Founder & CEO Robert Patterson brings hands-on construction site leadership experience coordinating large field workforces, subcontractors, inspections, access, safety, resident-sensitive logistics, and multi-trade operations.
